What's been cooking????

2/26 We had some left over chicken soup with rice. I made it the day before and we didn't finish it. So, it was on the menu plan for last night. There's nothing left and the kids, husband loved it.

2/27 Hoping to clear out some of the lurking in the fridge, we are going to have omelets. I have about ten eggs that are from last month, a bit of lunch meat (ham, that needs to go), and some lurking cheese that isn't getting eaten as fast as it normally does. So, I'm going to make ham and cheese omelettes for the five of us. It's a quick and easy meal with little prep work and fills hungry bellies.
