Turkey....

I just put the bird in the oven with the last of the celery, carrots, and half an onion, some spices and a little water. I took the turkey neck, the carrot and onion peels, celery leaves, and some spices into the crock pot to make soup broth. It's gonna smell good in here soon!.

When we finish with the bird today, I will break it down, pick all the meat off, and put the frame into the crock pot for round two of turkey broth!
