Dinner 1/18 continued to use things up...

We took the last package of chicken thighs out of the freezer. There's ten in the package. I put them in the crock pot with six lonely carrots, thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic, pepper, onion powder, and two bouillon cubes. I added two cups of water. This will cook all day, and we will have left over broccoli, and stuffing I made the other night.

I'm hoping that the chicken will be enough for Saturday and Sunday's meal. I will use the stock in the bottom of the crock pot for stocking the freezer. I will use what meat is left over and take it off the bones, and use the bones for soup stock. That's how we roll here. I'm trying to be optimistic and not get moody.
