Frugal dinner...

...the low spend month of January continues. I took a lb of pinto beans out of the pantry, a few slices of Christmas ham that was left over from our omelette dinner the other day, six thin carrots, and 1 cup of home made chicken stock from the freezer and put it all into the crock pot.

We are going to have ham and bean soup for dinner.
