Thursday's meal.

Using what we have since funding is tight....

We had a package of pork country ribs in the freezer. My DH thawed them out the other day. He put them in the crock pot this morning, with some sliced onion, and BBQ sauce. It cooked all day on low.

I had a class at work from 8-4 on teambuilding. I got home at 4:30. My husband steamed some green beans and broccoli to have with the pork country ribs.

HEAVEN!!!
