I took out the package of chicken tenderlion I bought at Aldi last week. It has about 1 lb of tenderlion skinless in it. I'm going to thaw this out, and marinate it in Italian dressing, then bread it using my homemade bread crumbs that I had stored in the freezer. We are going to steam some long grain rice, and have some veggies with it.
This meal gets rid of some lurking items like Italian dressing, some of the white rice (not all of it), and the cup of breadcrumbs I made a month ago.
