12/12/2013 dinner

The veggie soup from yesterday has been place din the fridge. Those lurking veggies sure made a lot of soup. We have a full 3 quart container left over for my lunches this weekend at work. I can't wait. 

I took out the 1 pound of sliced ham we had in the freezer. It's going to thaw out and I am going to take some of it and chop it up. It's going into the crock pot with some pinto beans. I'm going to peel and dice six carrots, and add them to the pot, a little water, and three 24 ounce cans of pinto beans I have in the pantry. 

Ham and bean soup for dinner.
