Keeping track...


of what we used on a daily basis starting September 1st.

September 1st:
one banana, some grapes, one serving of maple and brown sugar oatmeal, two cups of tea, with skim milk and sugar, chocolate chip cookies mix, one egg, 1/2 cup of butter. BBQ chicken, five hot dogs, cous cous, salad items, some sliced ham/turkey, a few slices of cheese, and flour tortillas.

September 2nd:
two tea bags, small amount of skim milk, a little sugar, black beans/rice, corn bread, honey, one egg, small amount of skim milk, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, salad dressing (small amount). One packet of organic cinnamon with flax oatmeal. Two packets of peaches and cream oatmeal, and the rest of the long grain rice.
