Since the chicken noodle soup I made is gone, we are going to have chili tonight. I took out the "hidden surprises" that had tomato sauce in it. There were two of them with no meat in it. I put those in the crock pot with a yellow pepper, onion, three cloves of garlic, and a red pepper. I added some lurking corn that was in the fridge. I opened a can of crushed tomato, and three cans of kidney beans and added all this to the crock pot. I used 1/8 cup of honey into the crock pot, added some basil, paprika, and chili powder.
We will have a small salad too. This is our second night of "meatless" meals. That's dinner folks.
