9/18 dinner

We have a pound of penne pasta in the pantry, along with a jar of "garden chunky" spaghetti sauce. We will have pasta and sauce for dinner with the choice of Parmesan cheese for topping the sauce. I will steam the last of the "Italian veggies" AKA carrot/broccoli/cauliflower mix to go with it. I will use the bread ends to make garlic toast.

older bread ends that are placed in the freezer
spread the bread with some butter
crush a few cloves of garlic, with parsley and Parmesan
bake until light brown.

That's dinner folks. It gets rid of the lurking veggies in the freezer.
