9/26 dinner

One very small roast (like 1 and 1/2 lb) will go into the oven (it's chilly here today, the kids will appreciate the warmth of the oven to get the chill out of the air), with a couple of diced carrots/potato/onion, and top this with the small amount of beef stock I had in the freezer, along with the lurking packet of onion soup.

I'm thinking of making a small vanilla cake and topping it with the lurking fruit from the freezer. We have two servings of strawberries, and one serving of raspberries. I would like to puree the fruit and add it to some cream cheese for frosting. Any thoughts??
