Tonight's meal will be a small meat loaf (using one lb ground turkey, a bit of chopped onion, a few eggs, some soy sauce, a bit of whole grain oats (as a binder), and some spices), steamed peas, and some mashed potatoes.
The last two servings of chicken soup were placed in the fridge for lunches today. The chicken stock I made yesterday, turned out to be a total of five cups. It's been put into serving containers, labeled, and placed in the freezer. It all helps keep my budget intact.
