Inventory as of Aug 28th

I took an inventory of what we had in the fridge, pantry, and freezer. I'm hoping to get through a good portion of the month with the items we have. All three kids are going to be going to the dentist for September. I am going to have to increase our gas usage and costs to get my kid to her LFCC classes.

I really need to learn to use what we have prior to going to the grocery store again. It's a lesson in the works. A lot of the items starred are lurkers that are almost gone.

Pantry:
1 container of old fashioned oats

The starred items are things that are opened, or close to being used up. I will work hard to get these items used in a proper manner. It will help decrease my grocery costs for the month. The hospital is getting rid of all overtime. It's cutting costs to prevent any adverse financial difficulties to all facilities. This means that they are flexing out overtime first. I work four shifts a week, and was called at home, and told to be "on call". I do get paid call time, but no actual overtime unless they need me to come in.
