So, I coked 8 chicken thighs. We had three left form last night. I put them in the fridge, with the left over veggies, and cous cous. The kids finished the rice, there was nothing to claim as left over. I took the chicken and veggies and put them in a container. I strained the stock off, and put it in the freezer for another meal. The cous cous was placed in two cup containers and in the fridge. I'm thinking that Saturday is left overs.
