What's been cooking??
I worked this weekend, so cooking was out for me. My husband made turkey wraps on Saturday with some deli ends of turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion on some flour shells. It was awesome!!
On Sunday, he had NO PLANS for dinner. So, we ended up ordering expensive take out pizza.
Monday, I was off work. He cooked a 9 lb ham, made some steamed rice, with broccoli and cheese, and made a box of organic mac and cheese. It was awesome!! We have 3/4 left of ham that I need to slice into serving pieces, and chop some, keeping the bone for soup. I will freeze some of the ham for when times are difficult, and keep some ham in the fridge for sandwiches.
