Remember that 2.8 lb of Italian sausage I posted about......well it's completely thawed and not cooked as of yet. Wonder why....yeah no one wanted it for dinner.

So, I browned a lb of it on top of the stove. Got out the trusty crock pot, added a 8 oz can of tomato sauce, some orange and red peppers, a soft tomato, onion, garlic, and it will do it's thing and become spaghetti sauce. All I will have to do later is make some pasta.
