I cooked a pound of pasta. I made my own spag topping of sorts. I put some olive oil in a pan, sauteed some turkey "Italian" sausage, crumbled it. I added some onion,peppers, mushroom, one can of diced tomato, two cloves of garlic, and the rest of the crumbed sausage.
When the pasta was done, I topped it with the above, added some parmesean cheese and gave it to the family.
