Dinner 4/2

I took out the last few pieces of thick sliced ham from the freezer. It's about a pounds worth. I am going to use some of our Easter eggs that we hard boiled and make some potato salad. I will use a few potatoes, mayo (lurker in the fridge), an onion, some spices, some paprika, and add to the egg. I am thinking that since we have four apples that need to be used, I will slice these up to go with our meal. We have some squash in the freezer that needs to be used too.
