updated list!!

Updated Pantry list. The starred items are opened and need to be worked on to get used up.  I took the pork chops and herb stuffing off our list for the month, as these are planned for today.

one 9.5 pound smoked ham (for Christmas)
3 packages of ground turkey
10 pounds of chicken thighs
1  packages of brautworst

2 pounds ground beef

8 ox sharp cheddar
8 ox sour cream*******
lb of Colby cheese

several open condiments in the fridge*******

a whole wheat pizza crust
2 half gallons of juice  (half empty)

1 jar spaghetti sauce
three pounds of pasta

Containers gone:

one with a small amount of meatballs
one with turkey and stock
one container out of two with chicken stock

Frozen veggies gone:
mix veggies
brussel sprouts

I have eight containers left in the fridge to "transform" into some kind of family meal. I have green beans, and a small amount of brussel sprouts left to finish from lurking in the freezer for quite some time.

The containers have chicken stock in them, some left over taco meat, Italian sausage with peppers and onion, one has some meatballs in sauce....unsure of the others at this point.

I am trying to make due with what we have. I found some pancakes that I made last week and froze the left overs.
