I forgot to post last Thursday's dinner. I made home made pizza using a garlic Parmesan crust recipe from the internet. We made a mozzarella cheese pizza, and one pepperoni on a thin crust. We used a can of crushed tomatoes as a sauce, instead of jar sauce.
