My husband bought two small packages of pork short ribs. They are going to go into the crock pot this morning with a whole sliced onion, three cloves of garlic, half a green pepper, and several small red, orange, and yellow peppers. I will let this cook all day and add some BBQ sauce to it. We have some left over corn on the cob that needs to be eaten. I may make some potato salad (gotta see if we have any mayo, if not, it's not a big deal, no potato salad). We have produce to make a nice salad instead (lettuce tomato, cucumber, peppers).
