Dinner 10/8

We had chicken thighs roasted in the oven, seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, onion wedges,  carrots (5 whole carrots, sliced), celery salt, a bouillon cube, and a little water....I made a noodle and sauce packet with it.

It was awesome. I took the stock and froze it for dumplings one night. We have a few thighs left for tomorrow's dinner.
