Dinner 10/12

Dinner tonight is going to be tacos with all the trimmings. We have a lb of ground beef in the freezer, and if we have to, I will cook it with a lb of ground chicken to stretch it. I will be chopping lettuce, a whole tomato, shred a small portion of Colby cheese, use the left over lurking sour cream, and a taco kit we have in the pantry. The kids love this for dinner, makes everyone happy, and uses up some lingering items. We also have small packets of taco sauce (my daughter works at Taco Bell, gets a meal  after her shift is over, and brings the sauce home for some unknown reason).
