Dinner tonight

I had some pasta from a few days ago in the fridge. It was about two or three cups of elbows. I made a white sauce and added some deli cheese ends. It turned into mac and cheese for the kids.

I took a pound of ground beef from the freezer. I added some egg, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire sauce to it and made hamburgers. I baked them in the oven and added some deli cheese ends to melt. I cut up some lettuce, sliced one tomato and some onion. I laid it on plates and put the burgers on top of the "salad".

It was awesome.

    1. It really was. I didn't even miss the mac and cheese. My husband thought it was great.
