Dinner tonight...

I soaked a cup of pinto and a cup of great northern beans over night. This morning when I woke up, I put them in the crock pot with a few cups of water. I opened two containers I had in the freezer of home made chicken stock, and two tablespoons of ham stock (very salty) and put them in the crock pot. I chopped one cup of celery and three carrots and put that into the pot. It will simmer all day and we will have a beautiful bean soup for dinner tonight. I might made a loaf of home made bread in the ABM for the teenagers.

It's meatless, frugal, and little cost.
