Working this weekend...and dinner.
I made sour kraut and pork in the crock pot this morning. It is now sitting in a bowl on the stove waiting to cool down to place into the freezer. I have prepped (cut up) five carrots, 4 stalks of celery, a small onion, thyme, poultry seasoning, my last bouillon cube, onion powder, and a small amount of pepper in a bowl. I am going to come home from work and place the only whole chicken we have in the crock pot with the prepped veggies. When I wake up at some point tomorrow afternoon, I wll only have to make some rice in our steamer.
