What's been cooking...

I have been working since Thursday night, and have four nights in a row. I am on my fourth in about two hours.

Last night we had a lasagna that I bought when grocery shopping, along with some garlic bread. I bought thick Italian bread, My daughter sliced it, added garlic powder and butter and toasted it in the oven.

The lasagna was frozen, enough said. It was easy to prepare, since my kids wanted to "make dinner".

We also had a small salad, using the lettuce in the fridge that was lurking. One Roma tomato, a few pieces of sliced cheese, and a choice of dressings, Italian or Blue Cheese.
