We made the last of the spaghetti pasta. I cooked the lat package of bratwurst in some olive oil, added some basil and let this simmer. I diced up an onion, two cloves of garlic, and some of those frozen green, yellow, red, orange peppers in the freezer. I cooked this until the veggies carmalized, opened our last can of diced tomatoes and added everything to the meat. I did add some parmesean cheese to it. I put this over the spaghetti and called it dinner. It was awesome.
