February Menu

February Meal Plan:

Seeing that I get paid every two weeks, I shop at those times. Grocery stores in my areas are Aldi, Sharp Shopper, and a few chain stores. I tend to shop at Walmart on occasion, but the two listed are my favorites!
My menu for Feb is listed below. Plans are not in any order, I just needed a month of meals, using what is all ready purchased and in my home. I should hopefully only have to get a few groceries this week, when I get paid.


                                            February 2012 Menu

1.            Ham, fried potatoes, steamed veggies (chop left over HAM for another dinner)
2.            Whole chicken in crockpot, steamed veggies, boxed stuffing, cake (save stock for soup)
3.            Chicken and gravy over rice, steamed veggies, canned green beans
4.            Chicken tacos, steamed veggies, re fried beans (in freezer)
5.            Spaghetti, homemade ground turkey meat balls (use leftover crackers, cereal, oatmeal), salad
6.            Baked Pork Ribs, baked potatoes, steamed veggies (make extra potatoes for tomorrow’s dinner)
7.            Potato latkes, scrambled eggs
8.            Shepard’s pie (ground beef, potatoes, creamed corn)
9.            Roasted Turkey, stuffing, gravy,  and steamed veggie
10.          Turkey and gravy over egg noodles, steamed veggies (freeze left over turkey)
11.          Spaghetti with Italian sausage
12.          Broccoli Rice Casserole (see internet recipe) 
13.          Vegetable soup (use stock in freezer, and any opened bags of frozen veggies)
14.          French toast, bacon slices, mandarin oranges
15.          Scalloped potato and ham casserole
16.          Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies (any leftover meat loaf for sandwiches)
17.          Bean soup with ham bone (use bone in freezer)
18.          Pancakes, bacon slices
19.          Turkey and gravy (from freezer), green beans, julienne potatoes
20.          Left overs
21.          Left overs

23.          Left overs
24.         French Toast, bacon slices, mandarin oranges
25.         Waffles, mandarin oranges
26.         Tacos, steamed veggies, re fried beans
27.         Pasta and sauce (no ground beef this time), steamed veggies
28.         Oscar Myer hot dogs, home made french fries, steamed veggies
