Dinner tonight
Just got home from work, dinner tonight will be omelets with chopped tomato, onion and the last strip of bacon (chopped), if my daughter doesn't eat it first.
My daughter ate the bacon, so I found a few slices of Provolone cheese (from Sharp Shopper) and made omelets with that filled inside. Went over well, and got rid of a few straggling slices of cheese.
