I took the last container of Christmas ham out of the freezer. We are going to use some of the pancake mix we have lurking to make Belgain waffles. I will heat up the ham on my griddle, and use our waffle iron for the waffles. We have some pancake sryup to top the waffles, or a small bit of powdered sugar.
